They were particularly great talking to and including our son in their work(which of course they didn’t have to). He felt like part of the team. Ryan and his team from Lux Plumbing  successfully addressed our stormwater drainage problems, which had persisted despite attempts by multiple companies to fix them. We were experiencing severe water ingress and flooding on the lower ground floor of our property. Ryan promptly provided a quote after assessing the situation, and we accepted it. The Lux team began the work three days later and completed it within a week, exactly as outlined in the quote. Ryan kept us updated throughout the process, and we were thoroughly satisfied with the outcome. Ryan was prompt to respond to my initial inquiry and came the next evening to inspect and give a quote. Once we accepted his quote he stayed in touch in regards to when he would be starting the job. Ryan and his team came and did the work as discussed. Any time we had questions he would walk us through what was happening and what he would be doing. He checked in at the end of every day keeping us updated as to how it was proceeding. Our job was a major storm water issue that needed most of the back yard being dug up and it was very wet and messy. Ryan and Lux Plumbing were an absolute delight to deal with.  We have had severe flooding issues for years. Ryan came and scoped the job.. He knew exactly what was going on. Quoted in 2 days. Started  job 2 weeks later. Finished the $16k job as quoted despite doing additional work.  And  he stands by his work.  Other quotes came with no warranty. Job was finished last week. We hired Lux Plumbing Group after another plumbing company completed stormwater drainage and pits on our property to address flooding and water ingress during rain and storm events. Despite the previous work, we still faced the same issues during the next storm.
